Your comfort and privacy is my top priority! The following is my suggestion, but if you prefer to leave on more clothes, I can certainly work around them as well:
For massage, typical underwear works well; bring comfortable shorts/sports bra if you prefer.
For Structural Integration, underwear or swimwear allows clear access.
Please note, you will be draped for comfort and privacy for both types of services.
Yes. However, effective work doesn’t have to be painful. We’ll find the pressure that creates change while your nervous system stays at ease.
Yes, when done by a trained therapist with gloves and informed consent. It’s targeted and brief. We’ll discuss whether it’s appropriate for you.
Mild, short-lived soreness can happen, especially with new work. Move gently, hydrate, and let me know if anything feels unusual or persists.
We avoid certain techniques with recent injury, active inflammation, clotting risk, varicose veins, open wounds, some medications, or other conditions. We’ll review your history and adapt.
