POLICIES

• Cancellations: No charge with 24+ hours’ notice. With less than 24 hours, we’ll offer the spot to the waitlist. If it’s filled, there’s no fee. If not filled, the full fee applies. Emergencies are considered case by case.

• Consent: Certain techniques require specific informed consent. Please share relevant health history and updates before your session.

• Illness: If you’re unwell, please reschedule as early as possible.

• Fragrance policy: to manage for sensitivities and allergies, please avoid wearing strong scents into the clinic

PARKING & ACCESSIBILITY

• Parking: there is one parking spot available on the driveway, next to the fence. You can pull up to the shed where the sign says “Clinic Parking: Please do not Block Car Port”. If that spot is occupied, you can park along the street in front of the house.

• Accessibility: to access the clinic, the basement entrance must be used, which includes 7 stairs, and a hand rail

 

PAYMENT & INSURANCE

• Direct billing: Available for massage therapy services with most insurers. Coverage varies by plan.

• Structural Integration: When provided by an RMT, insurance plans typically reimburse under massage therapy; please check your policy. Receipts list credentials and treatment date.

• Payment methods: e-transfer, cash, or cheque. At this time, debit/credit are not available.

• Self-care supplies and gift certificates are available in-clinic.
